Massage Therapy

  • Deep Tissue - A moderate to Deep Pressure technique designed to release tension/knots, especially in the neck and shoulders to achieve proper alignment. Good for chronic muscle tension.

Today Acupuncture is part of Integrative Medicine working to compliment the treatment prescribed by your physicians to assist your body in the healing process.

What conditions does it help?

Acupuncture has been used successfully to improve symptoms related to: respiratory conditions; the digestive system; bowel disorders; reproductive imbalances; autoimmune diseases; acute and chronic pain conditions; stress, anxiety and depression; side effects of cancer treatments; weight gain/loss; addiction, smoking cessation; athletic injuries; and many more.

AcuKIDS: Pediatric Acupuncture

Most children respond very well to Pediatric needle-free Acupuncture as well as Acupuncture with hair-thin needles. Pediatric Acupuncture follows the same Chinese Medicine principles discussed above with the addition of Japanese Medicine principles developed in the 1700's. Japanese Shoni-Shin,  or Pediatric Needle-Free Acupuncture, uses small metal tools and seashells rubbed across the skin along the 'highways' to manually balance the energy in the body.
